Salesforce Solution Architect

DESCRIPTION

Currently, we are looking for Salesforce Solution Architect for our offices. We are supporting Employment Contract or B2B, depending on your preferences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design solution & technical architecture for a new Salesforce Org
• Fulfil the expert role on Salesforce architecture and advise on out of the box best practices
• Advise on a migration strategy moving the legacy Org in a phased approach into the new Org
• Align with the architects and BA’s at the client side to understand solution and enterprise requirements, boundaries and platforms to integrate with
• Participate as a contributor with an interdisciplinary team that includes business analysts, business product owner, program manager, technical and functional architects, quality assurance, and software developers
• Develop and maintain architecture designs that will be used as reference for preparing test cases, training documents, etc
• Quality Assurance – Check the final output and conduct several rounds of quality assurance testing or review and train the person responsible for it

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient CRM B2B solution architecture experience (marketing, sales, service support/care)
• Experience designing integrations between Salesforce and other platforms
• Knowledge and experience of process transformation and improvement
• Experience with greenfield platform setup approach and CRM migration
• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
• Good functional and technical understanding of the key Salesforce CRM Platform capabilities
