Business Analyst (Salesforce)

DESCRIPTION

Currently, we are looking for a Business Analyst (Salesforce) for our offices.

Epam’s Salesforce practice has been growing rapidly and continues to do so. We joined forces with PolSource, a platinum consulting partner, in April 2021 creating Epam PolSource. This partnership gives us the best of both the enterprise and boutique consultancy worlds.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver projects with Agile Methodologies
• Plan & Facilitate requirements workshops, gather requirements and obtain sign off
• Guide customers on how to prioritize their requirements
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes
• Work with our SAs & Tech Lead to assist in mapping requirements to Salesforce functionalities and ensure their proposed design meets the requirements of our clients
• Deliver amazing demos to our customers so that they can understand the progress being made on the project and validate
• Work with our QA team by reviewing tests scripts and testing outputs to ensure that the solution meets the requirements
• Support clients through UAT, triage bugs and control the scope during this critical period of the project. Perform Root Cause Analysis and propose fixes for bugs
• Provide Train-the-Trainer documentation and sessions. Support projects through post go-live & hypercare activities
• Comfortable communicating project challenges with all levels of the business, including the C-Suite
• When not on projects, support Pre-Sales activities by creating ‘Proof of Concepts’ and Demos for potential clients. Help spec and estimate the project requirements, provide scope for SOWs
• Mentor & train the next generation of Salesforce Business Analysts

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous consulting experience is preferred
• Must have 6+ years working on the Salesforce.com Platform
• Certifications:
  • Must have: Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Preferred: Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Business Analyst
• Niche Clouds: CPQ & Vlocity experience is a big plus
• Familiar with: Jira, LucidCharts, Visio, MS Office Suite
