Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Working on Salesforce implementation projects for external customers
  • Conducting business communication with existing and new clients
  • Working with requirements gathering and functional documentation
  • ​​​​​​​Preparation of process mapping diagrams and flowcharts
  • ​​​​​​​Daily interaction with technical consultants and development team
  • ​​​​​​​Participating in the timely and accurate preparation and/or review of all significant information provided by clients
  • ​​​​​​​Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities during every phase of the project
  • ​​​​​​​Identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within the project
  • ​​​​​​​Providing project analysis to senior management by producing required documentation including business requirements, future state proposals, UAT plan, use cases, sequence diagrams, and scope matrixes
  • ​​​​​​​Performing Demo sessions on developed functionalities
  • ​​​​​​​Helping the business to cost-effectively implement technology improvements and solutions
  • ​​​​​​​The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis or a related field
  • 2+ years in customer facing role is a must
  • Salesforce knowledge is a must
  • Atlassian toolkit (Jira / Confluence) experience is a must
  • Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification is a must
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • ​​​​​​​Previous experience with multiple stakeholders to scope requirements
  • ​​​​​​​English level – Upper-Intermediate and higher
  • Fluent Polish is a must
  • ​​​​​​​Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
  • ​​​​​​​Knowledge of process mapping standards (UML preferred)
  • ​​​​​​​Proven ability to facilitate requirements-gathering workshops
  • ​​​​​​​The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • ​​​​​​​Knowledge of User Story and Functional documentation writing best practices
  • ​​​​​​​Proven ability to lead meetings about the system solution with multiple participants from IT and business
