Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Consultant to join our team. As a Tableau Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data visualization solutions using Tableau. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop effective solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective data visualization solutions using Tableau
• Perform data analysis and data profiling to ensure data accuracy and quality for reporting purposes
• Collaborate with technical staff and end users to understand and troubleshoot platform issues and develop appropriate solutions
• Analyze, define requirements, develop and create documentation for dashboards
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Tableau features and functionality, and provide recommendations on how to leverage them to improve reporting and analytics
• Define, execute, and interpret SQL queries

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in visual reporting development, including hands-on development of analytics dashboards and working with complex data sets
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of Tableau software optimization and configuration
